We keep it simple: just enough to get you back to you

  • When you fill out the contact form, request a quote, or book a service:
    → Your name, phone number, email address, truck details, and any message you send.
  • When you call or text us:
    → Your phone number and whatever details you give us about the job.
  • When you visit the website:
    → Standard stuff Google Analytics collects (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent). No personal names or addresses unless you give them to us.

2. How We Use It

Your info stays between us and the wrench

  • To call or text you back about your truck, quote, or service.
  • To schedule appointments and send reminders.
  • To improve the website (Google Analytics).
  • To send you an occasional text or email about your job status (never marketing unless you specifically ask for specials).

3. We Do NOT Do Any Of This

Plain and simple: we never sell, share, or spam your info

  • Sell your information to anyone. Ever.
  • Spam you with marketing if you didn’t ask for it.
  • Share your info with third parties except the few listed below (and only when necessary).

4. Who We Share With (Only When Needed)

We don’t hand your info out like candy. Ever.

  • Google Analytics (anonymous website stats)
  • Our web host (currently GoDaddy) – they keep the site running
  • Our accounting software (only if you become an invoiced commercial customer)

5. Cookies & Tracking

No ads, no snooping, no creepy tracking

  • We use only necessary and analytics cookies (Google Analytics).
  • No Facebook pixel, no retargeting ads, no creepy tracking.

6. Data Security

Your info is locked up tighter than our toolboxes

  • Your info is stored in password-protected systems. Contact form submissions are encrypted with SSL (you’ll see the padlock in your browser).

7. How Long We Keep It

No creepy forever-files — just what’s useful and legal

  • Quote/service requests: as long as needed to finish the job + 7 years for tax/warranty records.
  • After that, it’s deleted.

8. Your Rights

Want it changed or gone? Just say the word

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See what info we have
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Just call or email us. We’ll handle it the same day.
